IMS can provide on-site storeroom design and setup consulting for companies who wish to provide their own resources to implement the IMS-recommended changes for storeroom improvement.  Many of the services provided by this consulting service are outlined on the Site Evaluation/Needs Analysis page. 

Additionally, IMS provides a step-by-step plan which outlines a methodical, deliberate and practical plan for reorganizing the parts storage areas.  For some clients, IMS acted as the Project Manager, overseeing the entire storeroom reorganizing project: storeroom design and setup, clean-out and clean-up, storage fixture purchase, assembly and placement, parts relocation and storeage, physical inventory data gathering and data entry, and bar code label production and application.

IMS develops procedures and policies for the day-to-day operation of the storeroom with training provided for storeroom management and operators.
